Create one F&F identity that is recognisable across UK and CE markets, with relevance, both across market, and resonating locally

Campaign

Publicasity implemented a HUB and spoke model to streamline the CE markets with the central UK HUB agency. All key PR collateral was disseminated to Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland to ensure one brand identity and an overriding comms strategy.

From the day-to-day media outreach to seasonal event production, Publicasity managed all markets and streamlined assets to create a single brand identity with synergy across markets. Attendees from CE were hosted at London centric seasonal events, immersing the agencies, press and influencers in the brand and the new product, whilst showcasing a visual identity to be later replicated in-market. Each country was briefed and managed to mirror the HUB outreach, with the UK team on-hand at each following in-market event to ensure synergy and best practice

Results

From a fragmented CE approach, and four very different in-market perspectives of the F&F brand, the SS18 seasonal showcases reflected an aligned visual identity and brand personality. This was celebrated by attendees at each event and proved recognisable across PR and social platforms
