As much as we love the summer months here at Publicasity HQ, it’s time to face facts and accept that autumn is nearly upon us; and what better way to warm up for the new season than hosting an interactive cooking class with top tier media and bloggers?

Last week, the Publicasity team hosted a morning cookery workshop at the Good Housekeeping Institute Kitchen to launch the new Bosch AutoCook, a multifunctional cooker consisting of 50 different functions to help users achieve perfect results every time. The event was a key opportunity to get the new product into the right hands of our key media and showcase how the new AutoCook works, its functions and why consumers would benefit from having one.

The morning started with a coffee and breakfast canapé reception, followed by a brief product introduction and demonstration before media were encouraged to pair up and get stuck in by trailing their own AutoCook machine by cooking a recipe from the new Bosch AutoCook cookbook, filled with over 100 restaurant style recipes.

Guests could choose from traditional omelette, fish cakes, mushroom risotto, vegetable soup and chocolate and hazelnut cake (a firm favourite of the Publicasity team!) and learn a new recipe to add to their repertoire.

Months of event planning turned out to be a recipe for success with the team hitting their KPI of 10 attendees from key titles including Good Housekeeping, Woman&Home, Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms and Good Homes and securing a total of 19 social media shares throughout the morning.
