It has been a long time coming, but the news has finally come that users will soon be able to post from multiple accounts inside the Instagram app – something that has been long established on other platforms (Twitter, Facebook). This features comes as the direct result of user pressure, a key feature that many have felt has been missing. The feature has already appeared in a number of iOS apps and Android and will be available to all later this week.
Instagram has confirmed that you will be able to manage up to five accounts within the app – making uploaded content across varying accounts much more simplified. This is of course great news to any marketing or PR exec who manages multiple client accounts. Gone are the days of logging in and out of accounts. And to add to this, users will receive notifications from each, as long as they are linked and turned on.
