Brief

Cement Britvic’s position as the category voice of authority for the Soft Drinks Industry and first port of call for media and customers for expertise and comment.

Campaign

Research highlighted that the annual Britvic Soft Drinks Report was much anticipated by the trade media and beyond, providing a barometer of the category and content for news and features that elevated it above its competitors. However, it was too long and only provided a retrospective view. The media required informationspecific to their channel and wanted to hear more about the future trends driving the category.

We split the existing report into three shorter channel specific versions with each including a future vision, thereby making it more relevant to the trade and clearly demonstrating Britvic’s leadership still further. We then hosted the launch event at Britvic’s ‘High Street Customer Experience Centre’ to really bring the soft drinks category to life for our guests.

Results

A huge uplift in coverage versus previous years, more valuable content for journalists to use throughout the year and a truly valuable document for Britvic to take toand share with customers
