Another day, another fashion event and for the afternoon of 14th July we visited International Fashion Trade Show, Scoop. Scoop is a boutique show, showcasing emerging and established directional fashion designers and bringing together more than 250 UK and international apparel, footwear, lifestyle and accessories labels.

For 2014, the Scoop show was housed over two venues; The Saatchi Gallery, in the high fashion SW1 postcode and Philips Gallery, synonymous with contemporary culture. Launched in February 2011 by fashion industry expert Karen Radley, Scoop’s first four seasons have already been an amazing success and this year saw the return of some iconic brands such a Christian Lacroix, vintage Chanel and Kenzo, as well as our footwear friends Lama Peach and ASH, the ever so creative accessories designer – Loroetu, with quirky brand Traffic Peoples, with some of these brands previewing their collections at the show for the first time this year.

The show concluded with champagne and dancing at the Phillips gallery, where guests were collected by courtesy cars from the Saatchi gallery to dance the night away, meet with designers and take home a selection of samples, along with the new issues of WWB. Lucky us!
